About the role
- Supervise and support a team of intake specialists handling incoming calls, online inquiries, and potential new client leads
- Monitor call quality, response times, and overall intake performance
- Train, mentor, and coach intake staff to improve conversion rates and client experience
- Ensure all potential client information is accurately documented in the case management system
- Review and evaluate new cases to ensure they meet firm criteria before attorney review
- Develop and implement intake procedures, scripts, and workflows
- Track and report intake metrics, including lead volume, signed cases, and conversion rates
- Coordinate with attorneys and case managers to ensure smooth handoff of retained clients
- Handle escalated calls or complex intake situations when necessary
- Maintain compliance with firm policies and confidentiality requirements
Requirements
- Extensive personal injury intake experience is required
- Previous experience supervising or leading an intake team strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of personal injury case types and case qualification processes
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience with case management systems and CRM platforms
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work night and/or weekend schedules as required
