Utilize therapeutic approaches that draw from a variety of disciplines tailored to the client's needs.
Attend to relational ethics while collaborating with others in the interdisciplinary team and the families served.
Participate in family care meetings with other providers.
Comply with clinic policies and all state, federal, and licensing board laws, requirements, and regulations.
Adhere to organizational standards and policies.
Maintain documentation and communication in line with legal, ethical, and company standards.
Team members must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to safeguard patient information.
Requirements
Master’s degree or doctorate in psychology, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field.
Current and unrestricted license and/or certification that is required to practice within your clinical domain.
Well-grounded and knowledgeable in a variety of empirically supported psychotherapy treatment approaches including cognitive and behavioral, postmodern/post-structural, social-constructionism, and narrative therapy.
Commitment to providing exceptional client care and using client feedback to improve care.
Open-minded, desire to learn from other professional disciplines and knowledge bases.
1 year or more of experience working with children or families with developmental differences.
