About the role
- Oversee neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment
- Lead and supervise a team of behavior technicians (BTs)
- Provide clinical leadership, training, and support to BTs
- Determine and implement telehealth when clinically effective for clients and BTs
- Manage caseload with achievable targets (average 26 billable hours per week; reduced targets during shorter weeks)
- Collaborate with a transdisciplinary team (occupational therapy, speech pathology, pediatrics, etc.) to deliver integrated care
- Exercise autonomy over schedule and case supervision
- Work with administrative teams who handle scheduling, billing, and credentialing
Requirements
- Master’s degree in human services or a related field
- Current BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) Certification required
- Successful completion of a post-offer background check and a motor vehicle report review
- Employer participates in E-Verify (eligibility to work may be verified)
