About the role

  • Oversee neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment
  • Lead and supervise a team of behavior technicians (BTs)
  • Provide clinical leadership, training, and support to BTs
  • Determine and implement telehealth when clinically effective for clients and BTs
  • Manage caseload with achievable targets (average 26 billable hours per week; reduced targets during shorter weeks)
  • Collaborate with a transdisciplinary team (occupational therapy, speech pathology, pediatrics, etc.) to deliver integrated care
  • Exercise autonomy over schedule and case supervision
  • Work with administrative teams who handle scheduling, billing, and credentialing

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in human services or a related field
  • Current BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) Certification required
  • Successful completion of a post-offer background check and a motor vehicle report review
  • Employer participates in E-Verify (eligibility to work may be verified)
