About the role
- Oversee neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment
- Lead and supervise a team of behavior technicians (BTs)
- Provide clinical decision-making and determine when telehealth is clinically effective for clients and BTs
- Maintain average of 26 billable hours per week, with reduced targets during shorter weeks
- Opportunity to earn more by increasing billable hours (uncapped bonus potential)
- Advance through BCBA levels I–IV with leadership and reduced productivity targets at higher levels
- Collaborate with transdisciplinary team members (occupational therapy, speech pathology, pediatrics) and families/caregivers
- Focus on quality-over-quantity, outcomes-driven care
Requirements
- Master’s degree in human services or a related field
- Current BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) Certification required
- Successful completion of a post-offer background check and a motor vehicle report review
- Employer participates in E-Verify (work authorization verification)
