About the role

  • Oversee neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment
  • Lead and supervise a team of behavior technicians (BTs)
  • Provide clinical decision-making and determine when telehealth is clinically effective for clients and BTs
  • Maintain average of 26 billable hours per week, with reduced targets during shorter weeks
  • Opportunity to earn more by increasing billable hours (uncapped bonus potential)
  • Advance through BCBA levels I–IV with leadership and reduced productivity targets at higher levels
  • Collaborate with transdisciplinary team members (occupational therapy, speech pathology, pediatrics) and families/caregivers

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in human services or a related field
  • Current BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) Certification required
  • Successful completion of a post-offer background check and a motor vehicle report review
  • Employer participates in E-Verify (work authorization verification)
