Strategic Partnerships Coordinator – Co-marketing & Events

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Active Ecosystem Mapping: Identify and prospect strategic partners who are thought leaders in the Retail, Industry, and Technology sectors.
- Structuring Customized Solutions: Develop unique value proposals for each partner, ensuring the project meets the objectives of both brands.
- Negotiation and Deal Facilitation: Lead the negotiation process (from the initial pitch to closing), aligning deliverables and enabling agreements between companies.
- Co-branded Content Coordination: Lead the conception and enablement of original content (podcasts, whitepapers, videos). *Your role is not technical writing or production, but to ensure strategic co-creation, combining Cortex's intelligence with the partner's expertise.*
- Elite Experiences and Events: Enable event formats (from executive dinners to webinars) that position Cortex as a facilitator of high-level networking opportunities.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the focal point between the partner and Cortex's internal Marketing/Content team, ensuring the agreed narrative is respected during execution.
- Sponsorship and Funding Acquisition: Participate in sponsorship efforts for the Cortex Summit, co-responsible for prospecting companies, presenting sponsorship packages, and closing investments for the event.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Relational and Influential Profile: This is a high-visibility role. You should enjoy building and maintaining long-term relationships and be comfortable interacting across different executive levels.
- Stakeholder Coordination Skills: You are the "conductor" who connects the pieces, ensuring different areas (internal and external) work in harmony to deliver the partner project.
- Consultative and Commercial Mindset: Able to identify "win-wins" where others see only costs, transforming informal conversations into structured agreements.
- Sector Agility: Curiosity and ability to quickly learn about Retail pain points, Industry trends, and B2B metrics.
