About the role
- Monitor and relentlessly manage customer health and project relevance;
- Thoroughly understand the product and ecosystem;
- Recommend paths and alternatives for the client;
- Act as the client's voice to other teams within the company;
- Co-manage internal teams, ensuring delivery and deadlines;
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent;
- Experience with Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau or similar);
- Understanding of business challenges and problem-solving;
- Adaptability and willingness to learn;
- Experience working with large enterprise clients;
- Previous experience consulting in Sales, commercial planning, market intelligence, RevOps, Sales Ops, or Marketing;
