About the role

  • Support the RevOps team in updating area data and metrics.
  • Assist in organizing operational processes and tasks, ensuring consistency and quality in deliverables.
  • Collaborate in creating and maintaining reports and dashboards focused on Sales and Customer Retention KPIs.
  • Participate in optimizing CRM usage (HubSpot), supporting the team with data maintenance and automations.
  • Contribute analyses that help identify opportunities to improve the customer journey.
  • Work collaboratively with other areas such as Data Ops, Sales, and Customer Success (CS).

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled from the 3rd semester onward in a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Public Relations, or related fields.
  • Interest in data, processes, and technology applied to the customer experience.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Good organizational and communication skills and a willingness to learn.
  • Availability to intern 30 hours per week (6 hours/day) in a hybrid model in São Paulo.
  • Basic knowledge of CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Interest in BI tools (e.g., Looker, Power BI, Google Data Studio).
  • Familiarity with SQL.
  • Prior participation in projects, tutoring/mentoring, or initiatives related to data, processes, or the customer journey.
