About the role
- Responsible for the entire functional testing development cycle;
- Design and implement test plans and test cases to prevent regressions;
- Ensure visibility of test results;
- Ensure delivery quality through automated testing;
- Participate and collaborate with the product and design teams in discussions and initiatives.
Requirements
- Experience with software development or test automation;
- Basic development knowledge in one or more programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, and Python;
- Knowledge of testing methodologies, test plan development, test case creation, and debugging;
- Familiarity with software engineering best practices;
- Experience using data to support decisions, technical or otherwise;
- Knowledge of Linux;
- Knowledge of agile methodologies;
- Knowledge of CI/CD and containers;
- Experience with test automation tools such as Cypress and JMeter;
- Experience with BDD and Gherkin syntax.
