About the role

  • Relentlessly monitor and manage client health and the project's relevance to the client's business;
  • Have in-depth knowledge of the product and ecosystem and be able to identify alternatives to improve project relevance and adoption;
  • Study the industry and the specific characteristics of the client's business;
  • Propose approaches and alternatives to help the client get the best possible use of our products and services;
  • Be the client's voice to other teams within the company, sharing pain points and seeking solutions internally;
  • Co-manage internal teams, ensuring delivery and adherence to timelines agreed with the client.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher;
  • Experience with Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau or similar) and proficiency in working with and manipulating data to generate metrics;
  • Understanding of business problems — strategic mindset and results-oriented;
  • Adaptability and a strong willingness to learn are essential;
  • Experience with large enterprises (commercial area and/or internal project management), able to connect with diverse stakeholders and possessing strong communication and collaboration skills;
  • Previous experience in Consumer Goods industries and/or consultancies focused on Sales, commercial planning, and market intelligence.
