About the role

  • Monitor and relentlessly manage customer health and the relevance of the project;
  • Have in-depth knowledge of the product and ecosystem and be able to identify alternatives;
  • Study the industry and the specificities of the client's business;
  • Propose solutions and alternatives to the client;
  • Act as the client's voice across the company's teams;
  • Co-manage internal teams, ensuring delivery and the deadlines agreed with the client;

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (completed);
  • Experience with Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar);
  • Understanding of business problems — strategic mindset and results-oriented;
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn;
  • Experience with large companies (commercial area and/or project management);
  • Previous experience in consultancies for Sales, commercial planning, market intelligence, RevOps, Sales Ops, Marketing, or commercial departments of large companies;
  • Conversational English or Spanish;
