About the role
- Monitor and relentlessly manage customer health and the relevance of the project;
- Have in-depth knowledge of the product and ecosystem and be able to identify alternatives;
- Study the industry and the specificities of the client's business;
- Propose solutions and alternatives to the client;
- Act as the client's voice across the company's teams;
- Co-manage internal teams, ensuring delivery and the deadlines agreed with the client;
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (completed);
- Experience with Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar);
- Understanding of business problems — strategic mindset and results-oriented;
- Adaptability and willingness to learn;
- Experience with large companies (commercial area and/or project management);
- Previous experience in consultancies for Sales, commercial planning, market intelligence, RevOps, Sales Ops, Marketing, or commercial departments of large companies;
- Conversational English or Spanish;
