About the role

  • Proactively and rigorously monitor and manage client health and the relevance of the project to the client’s business
  • Understand the product and ecosystem and identify alternatives to improve project relevance and adoption
  • Study the industry and the specific characteristics of the client's business
  • Act as the client's voice to internal teams, sharing pain points and seeking solutions in-house
  • Ensure delivery and adherence to deadlines agreed with the client

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in Advertising, Marketing, Journalism, or related fields
  • Interest in and basic knowledge of customer journey, buyer personas, and user behavior
  • Basic knowledge of PowerPoint/Google Slides and Excel/Google Sheets
  • Strong communication, organization, creativity, and storytelling skills
  • Previous experience (even academic) with communication strategies
  • Intermediate English
