About the role
- Proactively and rigorously monitor and manage client health and the relevance of the project to the client’s business
- Understand the product and ecosystem and identify alternatives to improve project relevance and adoption
- Study the industry and the specific characteristics of the client's business
- Act as the client's voice to internal teams, sharing pain points and seeking solutions in-house
- Ensure delivery and adherence to deadlines agreed with the client
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in Advertising, Marketing, Journalism, or related fields
- Interest in and basic knowledge of customer journey, buyer personas, and user behavior
- Basic knowledge of PowerPoint/Google Slides and Excel/Google Sheets
- Strong communication, organization, creativity, and storytelling skills
- Previous experience (even academic) with communication strategies
- Intermediate English
