About the role
- Monitor and relentlessly manage customer health and the project's relevance to the client's business;
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the product and ecosystem and identify alternatives to improve project relevance and adoption;
- Study the industry and the specific characteristics of the client's business;
- Propose paths and alternatives to help the client make the best possible use of our products and services;
- Be the customer's voice within other company teams, sharing pain points and seeking in-house solutions;
- Co-manage internal teams, ensuring delivery and deadlines agreed with the client
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree;
- Experience with Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) and ease working with and manipulating data to generate metrics;
- Understanding of business problems — strategic mindset and results-oriented;
- Adaptability and eagerness to learn are two fundamental characteristics;
- Experience with large companies (commercial area and/or internal project management), able to connect with diverse stakeholders and possess strong communication and collaboration skills;
- Previous experience in consulting for Sales, commercial planning, market intelligence, RevOps, Sales Ops, Marketing, or commercial areas of large companies;
- Knowledge of and/or completed courses focused on sales KPIs and strategies to scale business;
- Actively participated in developing business strategies aimed at company growth: defining go-to-market, addressable market, strategic planning, customer profiling, marketing campaigns, etc.;
- Conversational English or Spanish;
