About the role

  • Develop, monitor, and maintain data integrations between RevOps systems (HubSpot, Vitally, Zendesk, SAP, BI, among others)
  • Create and optimize data pipelines, ensuring quality, reliability, and governance in environments such as Airflow and Databricks.
  • Build and evolve the company's data lake, ensuring organization, security, and performance.
  • Implement automation and operational efficiency solutions, potentially using AI tools (e.g., process automations, automated validations, etc.).
  • Develop queries, transformations, and models for consumption by BI tools.
  • Monitor workflows, detect anomalies, and apply corrections when necessary.
  • Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and practical solutions.
  • Create documentation and present results to non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with Apache Airflow (creating and maintaining DAGs, monitoring, and troubleshooting).
  • Practical knowledge of Databricks (Spark, Delta Lake, notebooks).
  • Practical experience in SQL and Python for data manipulation and integration.
  • Experience with API integrations (REST/GraphQL).
  • Ability to design scalable ETL/ELT pipelines.
  • Experience with source control (Git).
  • Strong logical reasoning and ability to solve complex problems.
  • Good communication skills for collaborating with business teams.
