About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, create and build general ledger solutions for use by global controllership teams.
- Assist global team to develop new solutions and to drive automation.
- Assist on SAP implementations for GL & data take on workstream.
- Assist with data take on for all ERP & transformation projects.
- Build and leverage strong partnerships with other workstreams/functions, and the business.
- Communicate effectively, look for gaps in processes and designs.
- Create, maintain, and provide ongoing status updates for milestones / deliverables.
- Create, maintain, and provide ongoing reporting of project dependencies, issues, and risks, along with cross impacts, resolutions, and mitigations.
- Train business teams to ensure smooth transition and strong communication to user groups of any changes or impacts to their work processes.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance required.
- 5-8 years’ experience in Controllership or other Finance.
- Strong Collaboration and business partnering skills.
- Understanding of practices in accounting and finance.
- Strong analytical capabilities.
- SAP experience preferred.
- Strong Excel skills required.
