About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Collect data and observations of commercial and pre-commercial seed products in Corteva IMPACT and on-farm demonstration trials
Provide performance evaluations of seed products and related technologies
Understand and communicate product gaps and needs of the ISCs in your region
Represent your region and ISCs in the product lifecycle, advancement, and commercialization process
Lead the product training effort for your region
Communicate product characteristics, positioning, and management practices to ISC owners, managers and sales staff
Advise and coach ISCs during the annual demand/crop planning process
Facilitate the message of AVI’s Maximum Profit System of crop management

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree required
Master’s Degree in Agronomy or a similar discipline is preferred
Five years of agricultural product management, sales and/or agronomy experience
Demonstrated knowledge of crop production practices
Seed product and/or agronomic testing and evaluation
Demonstrated skills in teaching, training and public speaking
Conflict resolution and handling objections
Using Microsoft Powerpoint, Excel, and other computer software
Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
