Consultant

• Own a portfolio of complex projects and lead the IO governance of Biologicals business unit globally
• Ensure the execution of the IO strategy, alignment among sites, consolidation of KPIs for decision-making, and Management System coordination
• Develop dashboards and analytical reports for all Biologicals Sites to support executive decision-making
• Support Biologicals IO in expanding and standardizing good practices globally
• Develop consistent metrics across the key pillars: EH&S, Cost, Quality, People Development
• Act as the manager of the Business Intelligence (BI) interface among Sites, ensuring data consolidation, consistency, and availability of operational and financial information for strategic decision-making
• Lead Management System roll outs across Biologicals IO
• Engage with Global functions outside of IO: Finance, Quality, Regulatory
• Visit Biologicals Sites (some international travel will be needed)
