About the role
- Consulting, designing and implementing cloud and on‑premises solutions for international clients
- Translating complex customer requirements into technically and commercially viable solutions
- Close coordination with internal teams from Sales, Product and Marketing
- Identifying optimization, cross‑sell and upsell opportunities along the customer journey
- Leading consulting projects and providing technical support during implementations
- Analyzing customer feedback and project insights to further develop our product
- Monitoring technology trends and assessing their relevance for our business
- Presenting our solutions in webinars, demos and international customer meetings
Requirements
- Experience in IT consulting or technical consulting, ideally in a SaaS environment
- Strong understanding of cloud and enterprise IT environments (e.g., Azure, AWS)
- Passion for new technologies and the ability to quickly get up to speed on new topics
- Excellent communication skills across audiences—from IT administrators to executive management
- Structured, independent working style with a strong big‑picture mindset
- Good sense for business‑relevant technological developments
- Team player with a confident manner and very good German and English skills
