About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Rapidly develop and deliver client-facing solutions, including Statements of Work (SOWs) and Bills of Material (BOMs).
Collaborate with Sales and internal technical teams to translate client requirements.
Consult directly with clients and internal stakeholders to clarify requirements and document assumptions.
Partner with delivery and project teams to ensure sales-scoped solutions are actionable.
Maintain strong working knowledge of Corsica’s service catalog, core technologies, and evolving offerings.
Contribute to the evaluation of new products, services, and solution approaches.
Document time, activities, and progress in the PSA for visibility and accountability.

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of hands-on experience in IT, including roles in engineering, systems, networking, cloud, security, or related technical disciplines.
Demonstrated experience supporting or leading pre-sales solution design, scoping, or consulting activities.
4+ years in Solutions Engineer or similar role
Experience with Autotask CRM/PSA.
