Accounting Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Review and approve account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Review and approve journal entries in accordance with accounting standards and company policies
- Prepare technical accounting journal entries and related account reconciliations for transactions as they arise
- Perform allowance analysis and calculate key metrics such as Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) by business line
- Prepare the monthly consolidated balance sheet, cash flows, and P&L reporting
- Support annual audit processes, including management of PBC requests and coordination with auditors
- Perform tie-outs and reconciliations of annual financial statements, supporting the preparation of accurate financials
- Partner closely with the CAO and gain exposure to CFO-level reporting and initiatives
- Continuously improve accounting processes, controls, and reporting efficiency
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
- CPA designation preferred
- Public accounting experience preferred
- 4+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting
- Experience supporting month-end close, audits, and financial statement preparation
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with accounting systems
