Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze, identify, and own operational initiatives ensuring efforts are focused on critical business improvement
Collect all operational initiatives and determine prioritization of initiatives
Create succinct business requirements for reporting applications and analytic teams
Create ad-hoc financial and operational reports as-needed
Provide executive-level status updates
Data Model Development to support RCM performance and operational decision-making
Develop reports, dashboards and visualizations for business performance
Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across reporting
Inform management of critical risks/issues
Manage stakeholder expectations delivering high-quality reporting and analytics

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
5+ years of progressive analytical experience, including experience with data visualization and presentation, supporting healthcare, analytics, or revenue cycle initiatives.
Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills to operational, clinical, technical, and executive audiences
Strong understanding of data management concepts, principles, and industry best practices
Advanced level proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, Power Query, advanced formulas)
PowerPoint BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
Working knowledge of SQL sufficient for creating/optimizing queries and stored procedures
Experience developing, automating and analyzing reports and generating conclusions from available information
Expert data gathering, analytical and data visualization skills
