About the role

Lead processes from data collection through training models and deploying to production
Help integrate machine learning expertise with our autonomous coding engine for fast/accurate/hands-off coding of charts
Analyze ML algorithms that could be used to solve given problems
Train models and tune their parameters
Analyze model errors and design strategies to overcome them
Deploy models to production and enhance existing platform features
Work in a small cross-functional team and collaborate with business development, product, design, and development teams
Provide clear written communication, regular demos, well-tested and peer-reviewed code
Apply methods, adapt team processes, and influence tasks beyond personal scope
Demonstrate presentation skills and separate complex topics into understandable parts
Bring passion to learn and best engineering practices to the team

Minimum 5 years of related experience
Software development experience using Java
Ability and desire to learn and work with new languages and technologies as needed
Experience with agile development methodologies
Strong debugging skills
Familiarity with Linux
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or equivalent
US Citizenship or Green Card required (USC or GC Req'd)
Preferred: Experience in few of these areas (or similar): Azure Cosmos DB, Redis Vector Stores Open AI/GPT knowledge AWS Services, AWS SDK usage Scripting (Linux OS), Git, Slack API, Rundeck Natural Language Processing Document Formatting languages such as: XML, JSON, PDF, OCR, HL7
