Key responsibilities & impact

Verify patient dental insurance coverage and benefits
Audit patient accounts as requested to ensure accuracy and compliance
Manage and respond to client communications via email and fax
Prepare and review dental insurance treatment estimates
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor

Requirements

What you’ll need

Working knowledge of Dentrix and eCentral claims systems
Proven understanding of dental insurance verification processes
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a healthcare office; dental office experience preferred
High attention to detail with strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational, analytical, and critical-thinking skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively while exercising sound judgment and professionalism
Creative, adaptable, and a proactive team-oriented contributor
