About the role
- Verify patient dental insurance coverage and benefits
- Audit patient accounts as requested to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Manage and respond to client communications via email and fax
- Prepare and review dental insurance treatment estimates
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor
Requirements
- Working knowledge of Dentrix and eCentral claims systems
- Proven understanding of dental insurance verification processes
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a healthcare office; dental office experience preferred
- High attention to detail with strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational, analytical, and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively while exercising sound judgment and professionalism
- Creative, adaptable, and a proactive team-oriented contributor
