About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop lessons from provided lesson outlines using GenAI (Claude) within Correlation One's content-development workflow
- Draft detailed lesson-level outlines using Learning Experience Design principles
- Iterate on lessons based on feedback from the Content Developer and Learning Designer
- Use GenAI to support translation of lesson content into another language and review accuracy and instructional fit
- Audit and update existing content for accuracy and industry relevance
- Collaborate with curriculum developers and peer-review lessons
- Participate in weekly and ad hoc meetings with the content developer and learning designer
- Deploy finalized content on the Codio platform
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of combined experience in curriculum development, preferably in technical or IT/infrastructure-related fields
- 3+ years of experience as a curriculum developer, instructional designer, or adult educator
- Hands-on familiarity or expertise with GenAI tools such as Claude
- Strong grounding in adult learning theory and learning experience design principles
- Strong knowledge of instructional design frameworks such as backward design and Bloom's Taxonomy
- Experience with assessment writing
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to perform industry and domain research and incorporate new topics into varied curricula
- Ability to actively listen to feedback from learners and subject matter experts
- Comfort working in a dynamic start-up environment with a lean team
- Comfortable working remotely, independently, and self-motivated to succeed
- Data center or IT infrastructure experience is a nice-to-have, not required
Benefits
Comp & perks- Part-time contract position running about 3–5 months
- Approximately 10–15 hours of work per week, subject to program needs and consultant capacity
