About the role

  • Support ~30 Learners in virtual training programs
  • Provide synchronous and asynchronous support
  • Engage in mandatory Pre-Program TA Onboarding
  • Monitor Slack channels for Learner questions

  • Facilitate breakout rooms during lectures
  • Grade Learner submissions within 7 days

Requirements

  • Proficiency across the Python/JS/SQL/Linux stack
  • Proficiency in Git + GitHub
  • Strong familiarity with TDD principles
  • Comfortable using Gemini CLI
  • Knowledge of Docker and Cloud Run is ideal
  • Ability to listen to learner's concerns
  • Willingness to teach and troubleshoot beginners
