About the role

  • Deliver high-quality, live, virtual instruction for AI learning labs aimed at high school students
  • Conduct large synchronous online lectures for 100 to 8,000+ participants
  • Prepare and lead virtual classroom sessions and manage Q&A and chat
  • Collaborate with operations personnel and assist in lesson design and improvement
  • Be responsive, empathetic, professional, and contribute to course improvement

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of AI fundamentals — including machine learning concepts, data fundamentals, algorithms, and ethics in AI
  • Experience teaching, mentoring, or presenting to high school students (ages 14–18) or similar audiences
  • Engaging communication skills
  • Familiarity with gamification and applied learning approaches
  • Inclusive and empathetic teaching style
  • Comfort with virtual teaching tools and large-group facilitation
  • Adaptability and collaboration
