About the role
- Deliver high-quality, live, virtual instruction for AI learning labs aimed at high school students
- Conduct large synchronous online lectures for 100 to 8,000+ participants
- Prepare and lead virtual classroom sessions and manage Q&A and chat
- Collaborate with operations personnel and assist in lesson design and improvement
- Be responsive, empathetic, professional, and contribute to course improvement
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of AI fundamentals — including machine learning concepts, data fundamentals, algorithms, and ethics in AI
- Experience teaching, mentoring, or presenting to high school students (ages 14–18) or similar audiences
- Engaging communication skills
- Familiarity with gamification and applied learning approaches
- Inclusive and empathetic teaching style
- Comfort with virtual teaching tools and large-group facilitation
- Adaptability and collaboration
