About the role

  • Review CVs and applications against job descriptions, role criteria, and organizational fit
  • Identify, rank, and recommend the strongest candidates to progress in the recruitment process
  • Update applicant tracking systems (e.g., JazzHR, BambooHR, or equivalent) with accurate candidate information
  • Provide concise weekly updates on shortlisted candidates, highlighting trends and gaps
  • Work closely with the recruitment team to refine criteria, flag red flags, and suggest improvements

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Demonstrated ability to manage candidate pipelines, screen applications, and support full-cycle recruitment
  • Strong ability to match role requirements with candidate qualifications
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is an advantage
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Organized, self-driven, and able to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
