About the role
- Review CVs and applications against job descriptions, role criteria, and organizational fit
- Identify, rank, and recommend the strongest candidates to progress in the recruitment process
- Update applicant tracking systems (e.g., JazzHR, BambooHR, or equivalent) with accurate candidate information
- Provide concise weekly updates on shortlisted candidates, highlighting trends and gaps
- Work closely with the recruitment team to refine criteria, flag red flags, and suggest improvements
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Demonstrated ability to manage candidate pipelines, screen applications, and support full-cycle recruitment
- Strong ability to match role requirements with candidate qualifications
- Excellent attention to detail
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is an advantage
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organized, self-driven, and able to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
