About the role
- Telephone and digital outreach to potential B2B prospects (primarily warm leads)
- Conduct initial conversations with our premium clients and support them through to successful project award
- Telephone outreach to existing contacts and current customers
- Preparation and follow-up of proposals and quotes
- Building and maintaining business contacts via LinkedIn
- Planning as well as preparation and follow-up of sales appointments
- Documenting all activities in CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive or similar tools)
Requirements
- Ideally completed commercial vocational training or a degree in business/economics or equivalent
- Several years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in the services, insurance, or agency sectors
- Confident use of common CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.)
- Results-oriented with a strong customer focus
- Confident demeanor, strong communication skills and a structured working style
- High degree of personal responsibility and absolute reliability
- Commitment to continuous personal and professional growth
- Willingness to engage in continuous learning and adapt to new challenges
