About the role
- Telephone and digital acquisition of potential B2B new clients (primarily warm leads)
- Conducting initial conversations with our premium clients and supporting them until successful project engagement
- Telephone outreach to existing contacts and current customers
- Preparation and follow-up of proposals
- Building and maintaining business contacts via LinkedIn
- Planning as well as preparation and follow-up of sales appointments
- Documentation of all activities in CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive or similar tools)
Requirements
- Ideally a completed commercial vocational training or a degree in business administration or a comparable field
- Several years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the service, insurance, or agency sectors
- Confident use of common CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.)
- Target-oriented with a strong customer focus
- Confident presence, excellent communication skills, and a structured way of working
- High degree of personal responsibility and absolute reliability
- Desire for continuous personal and professional growth
- Willingness to engage in ongoing training and adapt to new challenges
