About the role

  • Telephone and digital acquisition of potential B2B new clients (primarily warm leads)
  • Conducting initial conversations with our premium clients and supporting them until successful project engagement
  • Telephone outreach to existing contacts and current customers
  • Preparation and follow-up of proposals
  • Building and maintaining business contacts via LinkedIn
  • Planning as well as preparation and follow-up of sales appointments
  • Documentation of all activities in CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive or similar tools)

Requirements

  • Ideally a completed commercial vocational training or a degree in business administration or a comparable field
  • Several years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the service, insurance, or agency sectors
  • Confident use of common CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.)
  • Target-oriented with a strong customer focus
  • Confident presence, excellent communication skills, and a structured way of working
  • High degree of personal responsibility and absolute reliability
  • Desire for continuous personal and professional growth
  • Willingness to engage in ongoing training and adapt to new challenges
