About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage end-to-end IT integration lifecycle for M&A transactions, from due diligence through post-close integration
Collaborate with corporate development and IT leadership to assess technology landscapes, risks, and opportunities of target companies
Develop detailed IT integration plans, timelines, and budgets aligned with business goals and deal strategy
Serve as the primary liaison between IT, business units, vendors, and acquired entities to ensure alignment and communication
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to data migration, system compatibility, cybersecurity, and compliance
Drive user adoption and change management strategies to support smooth transitions
Provide regular updates to executive leadership on project status, milestones, risks, and KPIs
Manage third-party vendors and consultants involved in integration activities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field (MBA or PMP certification preferred)
5+ years of IT project management experience, with at least 2 years focused on M&A integrations
Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional IT projects in a fast-paced environment
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, HRIS), cybersecurity, and cloud technologies
Familiarity with data migration, system consolidation, and IT compliance (e.g., SOX, GDPR)
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders across global teams
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence)
