About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and maintain the ServiceNow roadmap aligned with organizational goals.
- Establish governance frameworks, standards, and best practices for platform usage.
- Ensure compliance with licensing, security, and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee platform architecture and integration with other enterprise systems.
- Evaluate new ServiceNow modules and features for adoption.
- Ensure scalability and performance optimization.
- Act as the primary liaison between IT, business units, and ServiceNow developers.
- Gather requirements and prioritize enhancements based on business needs.
- Communicate platform updates and changes to stakeholders.
- Monitor platform health, performance, and capacity.
- Manage upgrades, patches, and releases in coordination with technical teams.
- Ensure proper incident, problem, and change management processes for the platform.
- Provide guidance to ServiceNow administrators, developers, and process owners.
- Oversee vendor relationships and manage third-party support contracts.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow administration and development.
- Proven track record in ITSM/ITOM implementations and platform governance.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, APIs, and integrations.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and frameworks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Preferred Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), ITIL Foundation Certification.
