About the role
- Administer and optimize routing, switching, firewall, wireless, and WAN infrastructure.
- Implement and support cloud‑based and hybrid network connectivity solutions.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and escalation support for network incidents.
- Support network security controls including segmentation, firewall policy, and secure access.
- Participate in network design reviews and implementation of architectural standards.
- Assist with M&A‑related network integrations and remediation.
- Maintain detailed configurations, diagrams, and operational documentation.
- Mentor mid‑level and junior network administrators.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
- 5-7 years of experience
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced routing, switching, firewalling, and cloud connectivity.
- Analytical Skills: Performance analysis and root-cause investigation.
- Communication: Communicates technical issues and solutions clearly.
- Problem-Solving: Resolves complex network issues with minimal oversight.
- Attention to Detail: Maintains configuration accuracy and documentation quality.
- Teamwork: Supports team collaboration and knowledge sharing.
