About the role
- Own and lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
- Maintain responsibility for general ledger and subsidiary ledgers
- Design and implement internal controls over financial reporting
- Lead external audit activities
- Oversee cash management and banking relationships
- Lead and develop the accounting team
- Enhance financial accounting systems and data integrity
- Partner with CFO and FP&A for forecasting
Requirements
- Strong leadership in accounting practices
- Expertise in financial close processes
- Familiarity with GAAP
- Skills in financial reporting and controls
- Experience with audits and tax coordination
- Cash management and capital expenditure oversight
