About the role

  • Assist in the design and development of water collection systems, including pipelines, pumping stations, and treatment facilities.
  • Conduct field inspections and assessments to ensure compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare technical reports, drawings, and documentation for project submissions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project planning and execution.
  • Participate in project meetings and provide technical input as needed.
  • Perform data analysis and modeling to support engineering decisions.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and best practices in all project activities.
  • Field conditions assessment, Confined Space Entry participation, flow monitoring and other field data collection and review.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in engineering software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, GIS, hydraulic modeling software).
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
  • Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, occasionally up to 80 lbs.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as required.
