About the role
- Assist in the design and development of water collection systems, including pipelines, pumping stations, and treatment facilities.
- Conduct field inspections and assessments to ensure compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare technical reports, drawings, and documentation for project submissions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project planning and execution.
- Participate in project meetings and provide technical input as needed.
- Perform data analysis and modeling to support engineering decisions.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and best practices in all project activities.
- Field conditions assessment, Confined Space Entry participation, flow monitoring and other field data collection and review.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in engineering software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, GIS, hydraulic modeling software).
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, occasionally up to 80 lbs.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as required.
