About the role
- Lead and manage environmental projects from planning through execution.
- Coordinate internal staff and teaming partners to meet project goals.
- Provide strategic direction and oversight for subcontractor efforts.
- Supervise the preparation of NEPA analyses and special studies.
- Conduct internal technical reviews and ensure quality assurance.
- Prepare NEPA documentation and navigate NEPA permitting.
- Engage with Order Managers, government agencies, and contractor personnel.
- Lead Business Development efforts to help grow the NEPA practice
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in planning, engineering, or a scientific discipline with 15+ years of combined project management and NEPA experience, or
- Doctorate degree in planning, engineering, or a scientific discipline with 10+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience leading team members for projects
- Experience working with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is a plus.
