About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support our investment sales team and broader asset liability operations
- Update daily offering sheets for SimpliCD and investment securities for internal and external distribution
- Deliver tailored securities offerings using market research and analysis
- Assist in executing securities transactions and ensure accurate settlement and documentation
- Serve as backup for client support via phone or email when investment sales team members are unavailable
- Maintain Salesforce records, investment databases, and documentation
- Support Asset Liability Management operations, including rate administration and security safekeeping
- Assist with proposal generation, performance modeling, and presentations
- Collaborate with marketing and compliance teams on outreach and regulatory documentation
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong understanding of fixed income markets and institutional investment strategies
- Proficiency in Bloomberg and Salesforce
- Experience analyzing market data and supporting investment sales
- Financial modeling or portfolio analysis experience
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision
- Experience in B2B sales or client relationship management
- Understanding of regulatory requirements related to securities transactions
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years in investments or financial services
- Knowledge of fixed income instruments (CDs, bonds)
- Series 7 and 63 preferred; support for licensure available
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
