About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You monitor the market and acquire new partner companies for corplife Benefits
- You consult leads in the lifestyle sector (hospitality, wellness, leisure, sports, etc.) and close deals
- You analyze the needs and campaign goals of potential advertising partners during strategy meetings
- You conduct offer and contract negotiations, including pricing
- You proactively reach out to potential new partners
Requirements
What you’ll need- Commercial training or initial work experience in sales, ideally in software sales or the HR-tech environment
- You enjoy working with people, are communicative, and enjoy exciting customers about digital solutions with negotiation strength
- You aim not just to meet but to exceed targets—and see challenges as opportunities
- You enjoy working in a team, take responsibility, and tackle tasks proactively
- You think entrepreneurially, act analytically, and always look for smart solutions
- You are familiar with CRM systems such as Salesforce
