About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build relationships with people and identify customer needs
  • Actively drive new customer acquisition and play a key role in the company’s success
  • Schedule appointments for Sales Managers and prepare the path to successful closes
  • Monitor the market and identify new partner companies
  • Record work in the Salesforce CRM system
  • Influence your pay quantitatively through an appointment quota and qualitatively through participation in revenue

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Commercial vocational training or prior experience in customer-facing roles (cold calling, sales, etc.)
  • Excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
  • Enjoy customer contact; friendly and communicative personality
  • Seek new challenges and work with a results-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable with online tools and familiar with online marketing
