About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Embed inside Raison corporate customers and design partners to improve employees’ AI capabilities
  • Identify AI champions and capture valuable workflows and prompts as reusable, governed skills
  • Design and run enablement, contextual nudges, and training modules to drive adoption
  • Own pilots end-to-end and measure reuse rates, spontaneous pull, time saved, mastery progression, and employee sentiment
  • Conduct contextual inquiry, user interviews, and observation of teams using AI
  • Build understanding of individual contributors, champions, managers, and corporate buyers
  • Synthesize field research into jobs-to-be-done, adoption blockers, and skill-transfer conditions
  • Establish continuous discovery and champion user perspectives in product decisions
  • Serve as the feedback loop between field work and engineering
  • Collaborate with AI product engineers to turn field learnings into product features and retest them in pilots
  • Contribute to hyper-personalized AI training offers based on customer insights and individual preferences

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4–8 years across L&D, instructional or learning design, forward-deployed/customer-facing consulting, enablement, field engineering, ops, or UX research
  • Genuine AI power-user who builds with AI every day
  • Willingness to work hands-on and on-site with real teams
  • Skilled in user research, including study design, field execution, and qualitative synthesis
  • Ability to identify valuable, reusable skills and design effective enablement
  • Strong ownership and organization, with comfort working amid ambiguity
  • Comfortable being measured on hard outcomes
  • Fluent in oral and written French and English
  • Spanish is a plus
  • 4–8 years of experience in product design, UX design, or hybrid design-research roles, ideally on complex, multi-user B2B/B2C products
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating design craft and thinking
  • Comfortable designing AI-driven and adaptive experiences involving uncertainty, personalization, and non-linear workflows
  • Excellent visual and interaction design skills, including typography, spacing, motion, and trust-building details
  • Autonomous and opinionated, while responsive to evidence
  • Genuine curiosity about AI and education
  • Experience with a learning platform is a major plus
  • Experience with or inside higher education institutions is a bonus
  • Passion for something outside work is a bonus
