Manages branch personnel and elevates professional level, competence and knowledge of team members

Maintains knowledge of deposit services and consumer lending to support service experiences

Requirements

What you’ll need

A Bachelor's Degree in business, finance or another related field is preferred
3+ years of prior management experience required
Prior lending and/or business development experience preferred
Strong sales and member service skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task, prioritize workload, and delegate responsibilities
Strong analytical skills and be effective at interpreting and applying applicable regulation
Proficient with various Microsoft programs including Excel
