About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide high-quality, front-line support to Japanese-speaking clients
Act as a trusted point of contact for all tenancy-related matters
Partner closely with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery
Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries in both Japanese and English
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to resolve client issues
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
Monitor key timelines such as lease expirations and renewal deadlines
Prepare and review documents, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations
Identify and escalate complex issues in a timely manner
Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and client experience

Requirements

What you’ll need

Fluency in Japanese and business-level English (both verbal and written)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Experience in real estate, relocation, or service industries preferred, but not required.
