About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the design and structuring of mortgage products and investor programs
Own investor-driven product development activities from concept through launch readiness
Produce authoritative, pre-launch product documentation
Partner with Product, Technology, and Operations to support product setup and validation
Independently manage multiple concurrent development initiatives using structured project plans
Act as a senior point of coordination between Secondary / Capital Markets and other departments during product development and launch

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of mortgage industry experience
Significant exposure to Secondary / Capital Markets
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Direct experience developing and launching Non-QM investor programs
Working knowledge of Empower LOS and mortgage product configuration concepts
Experience using Smartsheet for project plans and readiness tracking
