Key responsibilities & impact

Report quarterly to the Board of Directors’ Audit and Risk Committee
Coordinate and manage consumer compliance regulatory examinations
Serve as the Bank’s Privacy Officer and Regulation O Officer
Maintain knowledge of local, state, and federal laws and regulations
Ensure the Bank has an operating framework for compliance risks
Lead a team responsible for compliance policies and programs
Collaborate with business partners for new product offerings
Develop and maintain policies and programs encouraging compliance
Develop annual department budget

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree required
JD preferred
Demonstrated understanding of compliance systems and controls
Minimum 15 years in a senior leadership position
Extensive Risk and Compliance management experience within the financial services industry
Expert knowledge of risk management practices and regulatory expectations
Strong analytical skills
