About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

responsible for the profitable growth and market development of the territory
support the components division including MBCI and Metal Sales Brands
report to the Regional Manager
work effectively and collaboratively with all Cornerstone Building Brands internal departments to ensure customer experience is optimized and efficient
develop and implement market plans that include customer analysis, competitive insights, growth opportunities, and revenue goals

Requirements

What you’ll need

minimum of 8 years of proven sales/marketing and/or sales management experience
Experience in commercial construction and/or building materials
Pre-engineered metal buildings experience is preferred
Ability to analyze market conditions and competition
Strong understanding of Marketing, Finance, and Operations
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Must be able to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to travel 50% - 60% of the time (2-3 overnights a week)
