About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- responsible for the profitable growth and market development of the territory
- supports the components division including MBCI and Metal Sales Brands
- develops and implements market plans that include customer analysis, competitive insights, growth opportunities, and revenue goals
- demonstrates a complete understanding of key customer’s business
- works effectively and collaboratively with all internal departments to ensure customer experience is optimized and efficient
- ability to work with Operating Systems
Requirements
What you’ll need- minimum of 8 years of proven sales/marketing and/or sales management experience
- Experience in commercial construction and/or building materials
- Pre-engineered metal buildings experience is preferred
- Ability to analyze market conditions and competition and develop strategic responses to opportunities
- Strong understanding of Marketing, Finance, and Operations
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to travel 50% - 60% of the time (2-3 overnights a week)
