About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • responsible for the profitable growth and market development of the territory
  • supports the components division including MBCI and Metal Sales Brands
  • develops and implements market plans that include customer analysis, competitive insights, growth opportunities, and revenue goals
  • demonstrates a complete understanding of key customer’s business
  • works effectively and collaboratively with all internal departments to ensure customer experience is optimized and efficient
  • ability to work with Operating Systems

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • minimum of 8 years of proven sales/marketing and/or sales management experience
  • Experience in commercial construction and/or building materials
  • Pre-engineered metal buildings experience is preferred
  • Ability to analyze market conditions and competition and develop strategic responses to opportunities
  • Strong understanding of Marketing, Finance, and Operations
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to travel 50% - 60% of the time (2-3 overnights a week)
