About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute strategic initiatives to drive growth, profitability, and market share across the Great Lakes region
- Mentor and support District Sales Managers through regular coaching, customer engagement, pricing support, and market development
- Support key opportunities, pricing strategy, and project management initiatives to maximize regional performance
- Strengthen relationships with contractors, subcontractors, and key customers while supporting teams through complex customer situations
- Partner with estimating, engineering, operations, and sales excellence teams to support successful project execution
- Spend time in-market alongside District Sales Managers helping drive strategy, customer engagement, and sales execution
- Build a strong regional culture while coaching and developing high-performing talent
- Operate as a collaborative, hands-on leader willing to roll up your sleeves and support the business where needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8–10+ years of sales experience within pre-engineered metal building (PEMB)
- 3+ years of sales leadership experience preferred
- Proven ability to lead and develop sales teams across large territories
- Strong business acumen with experience supporting pricing strategy and complex project opportunities
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- Ability to navigate customer escalations and support key strategic accounts
- Collaborative leadership style with a strong culture fit and long-term mindset
- Approximately 40–50% travel, including periodic overnight stays throughout the territory
