Key responsibilities & impact

Perform basic field repairs, including hardware and glass replacements, operational adjustments, and product inspections
Conduct on-site evaluations to assess product performance and identify repair needs
Follow all safety protocols, including proper handling of glass, working at heights, and use of PPE
Operate company vehicles safely, adhering to local laws, and perform routine maintenance to ensure reliability
Manage tools and supplies inventory to maintain proper stock and organization
Communicate effectively with customers to explain repair issues and solutions, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction
Travel within assigned territory daily; overnight travel may be required depending on territory

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma or equivalent required
Valid driver’s license with ability to successfully clear an MVR check
1–2 years of general construction or building material installation experience preferred
1–2 years of fenestration manufacturing or installation experience preferred
Basic computer skills (Outlook & CRM)
Proficiency with hand and power tools
