💰 $80,000 - $85,000 per year

About the role

  • Drive Territory Growth: Own and deliver on revenue goals by generating new business and expanding relationships with residential (and occasional commercial) builders
  • Build Lasting Partnerships: Develop strong, long-term relationships with customers that lead to repeat business and sustained growth
  • Grow Market Share: Identify new opportunities, actively prospect, and position our turn-key stone solutions to win projects
  • Deliver Results: Meet and exceed sales targets, KPIs, and financial goals while ensuring profitable growth
  • Execute Strategy: Align with regional sales goals and initiatives while continuously developing your pipeline and territory plan
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner closely with estimating, order entry, installation teams, and national/commercial sales to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Lead with Integrity: Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, compliance, and doing business the right way

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Experience within the construction, building materials, or remodeling industry is a strong plus
  • Knowledge of the residential builder market is highly preferred
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed performance targets
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new systems quickly
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across functions
  • Adaptable, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
