About the role

  • Responsible for the profitable growth and market development of the territory
  • Representing MBCI brand and product line
  • Develop and implement market plans that include customer analysis, competitive insights, growth opportunities, and revenue goals
  • Comprehensive understanding of all products and systems offered by Cornerstone Building Brands in the market
  • Demonstrates a complete understanding of key customer’s business and the critical measures that drive each account
  • Works effectively and collaboratively with all internal departments to ensure customer experience is optimized and efficient
  • Ability to work with Operating Systems

Requirements

  • College degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of proven sales/marketing or sales management experience
  • 5+ years of experience in Building Materials
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and maintain positive relationships
  • An understanding of construction process
  • Ability to comprehend and translate architectural plans and specifications preferred
  • Ability to analyze market conditions and competition and develop strategic responses to opportunities
  • Strong Understanding of Drafting, Estimating, and Inside Sales processes
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment is essential
  • Must be able to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
  • 50-70% travel in market
