About the role
- Responsible for the profitable growth and market development of the territory
- Representing MBCI brand and product line
- Develop and implement market plans that include customer analysis, competitive insights, growth opportunities, and revenue goals
- Comprehensive understanding of all products and systems offered by Cornerstone Building Brands in the market
- Demonstrates a complete understanding of key customer’s business and the critical measures that drive each account
- Works effectively and collaboratively with all internal departments to ensure customer experience is optimized and efficient
- Ability to work with Operating Systems
Requirements
- College degree or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of proven sales/marketing or sales management experience
- 5+ years of experience in Building Materials
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and maintain positive relationships
- An understanding of construction process
- Ability to comprehend and translate architectural plans and specifications preferred
- Ability to analyze market conditions and competition and develop strategic responses to opportunities
- Strong Understanding of Drafting, Estimating, and Inside Sales processes
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment is essential
- Must be able to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
- 50-70% travel in market
