Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
  • 7+ years proven experience in Salesforce administration, performing day-to-day administration and support and declarative development with custom objects, validation rules, process builders, flows, and other aspects of Salesforce business automation
  • 5+ years proven experience as a Salesforce Developer including Visualforce, Apex, lightning component framework, and the SOQL query language, with a track record of successful project delivery
  • Experience with managing Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) marketing automation
  • Understanding of Salesforce development methodology, including using sandboxes and change sets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Experience working directly with people from diverse racial, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds
