About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provides comprehensive financial management and analytical support to the Cornell Duffield College of Engineering
- Works closely with Department Business Administrators, faculty, and staff

Requirements
What you’ll need- Associate’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- 2 to 4 years relevant experience or equivalent combination of progressive financial management experience
- Proficiency in financial management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to cultivate and develop inclusive working relationships with students, faculty, staff, and community members
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong collaborative and team-working abilities
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in related field (bonus)
